If return service is necessary the original purchaser must pack the product securely and send it back postage paid with a reason for the return. You must contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization prior to sending the product back, you may obtain this by calling customer service at 1-877-860-1117, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Please keep in mind with free shipping, the actual shipping charge we have incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. There is no refund on shipping and handling charges. Refunds are accepted 3 days from receipt of the item. Once an item is back in our inventory, we will issue a store credit or a cash refund back to the means of payment.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
